The Caldicott Guardian role is an ever changing one and one that will become even more in demand when the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) comes into force in May 2018.
Caldicott Guardians are required to undertake annual training to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date and refreshed with any new or updated legislature.
